村庄组织化程度与农地经营权流转
——基于中国劳动力动态调查数据的实证研究 |

| 摘 要： 利用CLDS2017村庄以及家庭层面的问卷调查数据揭示村庄组织化程度如何影响农地流转率，从而为地方政府从村庄层面有针对性地推动农地流转提供决策参考。研究结果表明：村庄的组织化程度显著影响农地流转。具体而言，组织化程度每提升1%，农地流转率增加2.53%，家庭层面的微观证据也支持这一结论。在异质性影响上，组织化程度对山区农地流转的作用高于丘陵地带，对中西部地区的作用高于东部地区。机制分析的结果表明：村庄正式组织的组织化程度更为关键，农业专业合作社是村庄组织化程度作用于农地流转的重要渠道。研究启示：针对性地提升村庄的组织化程度，尤其是正式组织的组织化程度，以此建构起村委与村民以及村民之间良性的信任合作机制，因村制宜地落实农地流转的政策意图；充分发挥农业专业合作社对农地流转的促进作用，扩大合作社的覆盖面。 |

| Abstract: By adopting CLDS2017 survey data at the village and family levels, this paper reveals the role of the organized degree of village in farmland transfer so as to provide reference for policy making of how to promote farmland transfer at the village level. The results show that the organized degree of village has a significant role in promoting farmland transfer.
