高校思想政治工作“全过程·常态化”方法模式探索

摘  要: 探讨“全过程·常态化”方法模式,是回应时代诉求、落实立德树人根本任务、推进思政工作改革创新的必然选择。当前的关键,是必须认清这是一种什么样的方法模式、为什么需要这种方法模式、其模式应该如何运行等问题,为时下及未来系统建构这种模式提供科学的思想理路。该模式是一种新型方法体系及运行方式,应以“全程育人、常态长效”为理念;“全过程”注重实施路径的全程贯通,即时间维度贯穿教育教学全过程,空间维度覆盖教育活动各方面;“常态化”注重运行方式的自然常态,即工作过程讲究自然融通,工作技术讲究潜移默化。其模式理念、实施路径和运行方式,三者逻辑构成新型方法范式,旨在克服原有做法中碎片化、短期性、刻板式、生硬灌输等顽疾,凸显全程、常态、规范、自然等特色。

Exploration of the method mode of “Whole Course and Normalization” in college ideological and political work

Abstract: Discussing the method mode of “Whole Course and Normalization” is a necessary choice for responding to the needs of the times, fulfilling the fundamental mission of the moral establishment and student cultivation and advancing the innovation of the college ideological and political work. The current key is to clarify such problems as what kind of method mode it is, why we need it and how it works, so as to provide a scientific train of thought for consistently and systematically constructing this method mode both at the present and in the future. The method mode, as a new method system and operating way, should take as its idea of “educating people throughout the whole process” and “ensuring normality and the long-term effectiveness.” "The Whole Process" puts emphasis on the whole process of implementing routes, which means the whole course of education and teaching in time dimension, and all the coverage of various aspects of education activities in spatial dimension. “Normalization” puts emphasis on the natural normallity of operating ways, which refers to natural blend in the working process and the use of working techniques by osmosis. The three intrinsic elements which are mode concepts, implementing routes and operating ways logically form the new method paradigm, aiming to overcome some old problems, such as fragmentation, temporariness, stereotype and mechanical inculcation, and highlighting the features of the whole course, normal, standard and natural.
