齐桓公霸政形成新论——以齐桓公权威身份的合法性构建为中心 |

| 摘 要： 齐桓公首建霸政，于兼并混战与戎狄之祸中成功挽救了王室与诸夏。“尊王攘夷”由是成为解释春秋霸政形成的主流观点，而其内涵则是霸者合法性权威身份的建构问题。事实上，齐国在最初的“创霸”时段内有着精妙的地缘战略布局，王廷中枢意图在“服鲁”之后重构成周王室在东部地区的权威体系。东方霸政集团由此结成。齐国在随后展开的 “攘夷”时段内，北伐山戎的目的不仅在于解决戎狄对诸夏的威胁，更重要的是给霸政的展开寻找合法性，背后隐伏着姜齐霸者承接周姬王者政治文化身份的深层意图。齐桓公权威身份的合法性来源是中原各氏族的文化融合以及它对周姬王族权威的侵蚀。这对我们重新认识春秋霸政具有重要意义。 |

A new interpretation of Qi Huan-gong’s hegemony establishment: Centering on the legitimacy construction of his authority identity |

| Abstract: When Qi Huan-gong first established hegemony, he succeeded in saving the royal family and the vassal states in the midst of internal military chaos and external threat of the barbarians. "Zunwangrangyi" (尊王攘夷) therefore became the mainstream view in explaining the formation of political hegemony in the Spring and Autumn Periods since then. But its connotation is the construction of the legitimate authority identity of hegemonists. In fact, Qi had a sophisticated geo-strategic deployment during the initial hegemony period. The purpose is to re-constitute the authority system of the Zhou in the eastern region after defeating Lu. Thus the Eastern Power Group was formed. During the period of expulsion of the barbarians, the aim of the Northern Expedition was not only to solve the threat of the barbarians to the countries of the Central Plains, but more importantly to seek the legitimacy for the development of hegemony. Qi Huan-gong intended to accept the political and cultural identity of the king. The legitimacy of the authority of Duke Huan of Qi mainly comes from the cultural integration of the clans in the Central Plains and its erosion of the authority of the royal family of Zhou. This is of great significance for us to re-understand the political hegemony in the Spring and Autumn Periods. |
