超越“结构性自主”：中国社会组织发展的“内在性自主”导向及启示 |

| 摘 要： “结构性自主”思维秉持着“独立-自主”同一性逻辑、政治权力制约的意义指向、外在性的问题归因取向，以此来审视中国社会组织发展的自主性问题，这种思维取向无法正确解释中国社会组织发展的自主性。“内在性自主”客观地呈现了社会组织根据特定情境采取灵活、自主的行动策略来应对既定制度环境的能力，这种自主性表现为“在独立性与自主性之间”的“结构-行动”反应、对“不同制度生产者”效应的政策性应对、“生活消解制度”的行动者微观权力生产。从“结构性自主”到“内在性自主”，有利于我们在价值反思中真正推动社会组织的发展。 |

Transcending “structural autonomy”: The development of social organizations under the guidance of internality and its enlightenments |

| Abstract: “Structural autonomy” thinking upholds the “independence-autonomy” identity logic, significance pointing within restraints of political power and the external problem of attribution orientation to examine the autonomy of development of China's social organization. Such thinking, however, cannot explain correctly the autonomy of the development of Chinese social organizations. “Intrinsic autonomy” presents objectively the ability of social organizations to adopt flexible and autonomous action strategies to deal with the established institutional environment according to specific circumstances. This autonomy is manifested as “structure-action” response between “independence and autonomy,” policy response to the “different system producers” effect and actors' micro- power production in “life digestion system.” Transcending “structural autonomy” to “intrinsic autonomy” is helpful for us to really promote the development of social organization in value reflection. |
