论社会组织商业化经营风险的应对策略

摘  要: 社会组织商业化悄然兴起已成全球趋势,如何秉承公益初衷应对风险成为亟待解决的问题。文章描述了社会组织商业化的内在动机和外部诱因,分析了商业化蕴含的潜在风险:慈善文化与商业文化的冲突、组织形象受损、经营失败与使命漂浮。提出了有效应对商业化经营风险的基本策略,即明确组织使命,树立以服务对象为中心的运作观念;走向职业化管理;倡导社会企业家精神;全面实施利害相关者管理。

A study of strategic responses on risks of nonprofit organization commercialization

Abstract: Nonprofit organization commercialization has quietly emerged as a global trend. Therefore, how to cope with risks of nonprofit organization commercialization becomes a problem to be solved. This essay describes the internal motives and external incentives of the commercialization of nonprofit organizations, and analyzes the potential risks of commercialization: the conflict between the voluntary culture and the commercial culture, the impaired organization image, the business failure and the mission floating. Based on these we put forward the effective strategies to deal with the risks of commercial operation: clear organizational mission, establishing a customer-central concept of operation, introducing professional management, advocating the spirit of social entrepreneurship and implementing stakeholder management.
