| 摘 要： 当今中国，官本位渗透到政治、经济、思想文化等各个领域，已经形成官位(权力)拜物教。官本位与现代文明背道而驰，加重人民的负担，妨碍我国科技创新能力的提高，妨碍经济发展和精神文明建设，造成社会不公，危害党的执政地位。必须加快政治体制改革，铲除官本位，代之以民本位。 |

| Abstract: Nowadays, official rank standard has infiltrated in all fields such as politics, economy, ideology and culture. It has become the officer location fetishism. Official rank standard runs counter to the modern civilization, aggravates the burden of the people, hinders the improvement of human science and technology innovation, obstructs the economy development and the construction of spiritual civilization, destroys the justice of the society, and imperils the ruling status of our party. The existence of official rank standard has its historical origin, ideological root-causes, economic and backgrounds reason. We must accelerate the political restructuring, eliminate official rank standard, and advocate the people standard. |
