| 摘 要： 基于对境外投资煤矿的有利条件和不利因素，分析了我国煤炭企业投资目标国和投资方式的选择。从培育核心竞争力、培养跨国经营人才、利用多种信息渠道、利用多种融资渠道、全程控制投资风险、整合国内外业务六个方面为我国煤炭企业境外投资煤矿提出了对策建议。 |

| Abstract: Based on an analysis of advantageous conditions and disadvantageous factors of overseas investment in mining, the article discusses internal coal enterprises’ selection of goal countries for investment and selection of investment styles. The article also puts forth suggestion for internal coal enterprises’ overseas investment in mining from cultivating core competitive power and talents for transnational operations, using many kinds of finance channels, controlling investment risk with full-procedure and integrating internal and external business. |
