达尔的民主政治文化思想及其对中国的启示 |

| 摘 要： 政治文化与民主之关系是古典与当代政治学的重要议题。达尔的民主政治文化理论与当代主流政治文化研究范式既有共性，也有差异。就民主政治文化内涵而言，达尔认为平等价值是其基础、文明利己主义是其重要内涵、政治信念是其直接体现。民主政治文化的生成遵循个体与结构的双元逻辑。人际互动的复杂影响以及市场经济、现代动态多元社会和历史因素都对其发展具有重要影响。当代中国民主政治文化建设与未来发展，不仅需要在社会范围内培育相信民主、认同民主、维护民主的政治文化，发掘、维护和巩固平等的价值意识，引导和培养适宜的公民意识等内在主观层面的嬗变与调整，而且要通过不断发展市场经济和加强社会自治，以利于民主政治文化生长环境的结构性因素的滋养与拱卫。 |

An analysis of Dahl’s democratic political culture thought and its revelation to China |

| Abstract: The correlation between political culture and democracy is one of the important issues in politics from the classical era to the contemporary. There are both similar and different points between Dahl’s theory of democratic political culture and contemporary mainstream political cultural research paradigm. In terms of democratic political culture connotation, Dahl thinks that equal value is the foundation, that the self-interest of civilization is the important content, and that political belief is the direct embodiment. The formation of democratic political culture follows the dual logic of the individual and the structure. The complex effect of interpersonal interaction, market economy, modern dynamic multiple society and historical factors all exert an important influence on its development. Construction and the future development of contemporary China’s democratic political culture need not only to cultivate political culture of believing in democracy, agreeing with democracy, maintaining the democratic, to explore, maintain and consolidate the value of equality consciousness, to guide and cultivate the civil consciousness within the scope of internal subjective aspects of evolution and adjustment, but also to develop market economy and strengthen the social autonomy to facilitate the nourish and vault of structural factors of democratic political culture growth environment. |
