霆军裁撤始末探析 |

| 摘 要： 霆军是湘系军事集团中的精锐之一，在镇压太平天国运动过程中发挥了重要作用。太平天国灭亡后，该军奉诏参与围剿东捻军，并挽救淮系铭军于覆亡之中。但鲍超、刘铭传二人间的矛盾却在击败东捻主力后骤然激化，湘、淮集团间矛盾表面化。因湘、淮系浓厚的各将各私其军的特点，将领间的私人恩怨演变为派系之争，清廷则利用这种矛盾，削弱湘系军事势力。霆军的裁撤亦反映出清政府政策重点已从军事问题转移到如何稳定刚刚重建的统治秩序上来。 |

Analysis on the Ting Army disbanded |

| Abstract: The Ting Army, as a powerful force in the Group of Xiang Army, played an important role in the course of cracking down the Taiping Heavenly Kingdom Movement. After the Taiping Heavenly Kingdom was destroyed, the Ting Army participated in cracking down the Nian Army complying with the imperial edict, and rescued the Ming Army from perishing. However, contradiction between Bao Chao and Liu Mingchuan became acute after the main force of eastern Nian Army was defeated. Then, the Ting Army was disintegrated by the Qing Government. The result of the incident indicated that the contradiction between the Xiang Group and the Huai Group became apparent. At a deeper level, it reflected that the Qing Government’s policy was switched from the military issue to the governing issue. |
