高等教育获得与代际流动：机制、变迁及现实 |

| 摘 要： 高等教育的获得通过增加个体的文化资本，进而成为影响代际流动的最关键因素。虽然该认识是确定无疑的，但实际上高等教育获得与代际流动的关系远比这一简单概括要复杂得多，即二者的机理关系处于由诸多因素构成的复杂“系统”之中，并且随着社会变迁，这一作用机制呈现出不同的时代特征。在高等教育获得与代际流动的关系上，世界主要国家均呈现出不同程度的相对不公平特征，而处于社会转型期的中国，其机理关系有着明显的过渡性特点。为促进二者作用机制的合理化，我国的政策设计除了应注重教育投入的使用效率外，其中的城乡分化也应予以重视。 |

Obtaining higher education and intergenerational mobility:mechanism, transformation and reality |

| Abstract: Obtaining higher education, by increasing individual’s cultural capital, becomes the key influential factor in the inter-generational mobility. Although the above understanding is generally accepted, this essay indicates that the relationship between higher education obtainment and inter-generational mobility is far more complicated than the simple summary. That is to say, the mechanism or work logic of this relationship is a complex system composed of many factors, and along with the social change, the mechanism has also been changing and showing different characteristics in different certain eras. About the relationship between inter-generational mobility and higher education obtainment, different degrees of relatively unfair traits are revealed in some major countries, while in China which is now undergoing social transition, the mechanism bears obvious transitional characteristic. In order to promote the rationalization of the mechanism, policy design in our country should not only pay attention to the utility efficiency of educational investment, but also attach more importance to the differentiation between the urban and rural areas. |
