再论秦简中的田啬夫及其属吏 |

| 摘 要： 秦及汉初简牍文献中出现的田吏是县下属吏，在县廷和乡里均有设置。县廷设有田啬夫、田佐，有时也称都田啬夫和都田佐；各离乡设有田部佐和田部史；里中设有田典。这样就形成了纵贯县、乡、里的田系统吏员，管理与百姓田地、田作相关的事务。乡里中田吏的设置，使得秦及汉初乡里行政建置具有了真正的多样性。但随着官僚行政系统的发展和完善，田啬夫逐渐过渡为县廷之曹掾，设于乡里的田吏逐渐退出了历史舞台。 |

On the Tiansefu and its staffs in Bamboo Manuscripts of Qin Times |

| Abstract: The staffs of Tian Section were county officials in Qin and Early Han Dynasties. As Tiansefu (Official for Fields) and one Assistant were in the county seat, while other Assistants (Buzuo) and Bushi were distributed in township, and Tiandian in community, in charge of fields and cultivations, staff of Tian System then could be formatted, which made variety in the basic administration of the period. As the bureaucracy moved forwarded, its staffs in township and community vanished from the history. |
