1993～2009国家社科基金哲学立项课题数据分析 |

| 摘 要： 以1993～2009年哲学学科立项的国家社科基金项目数据为研究对象发现：哲学学科在国家社科基金项目中属于传统强势学科，研究力量和人员人数明显超过其他学科，处于显学位置；哲学国家社科基金项目立项数整体上呈上升之势，但所占国家社科基金总立项数的比例逐步降低；研究项目的地域呈既分散又集中的趋势；高校在哲学研究中扮演着不可动摇的主力军角色。如何实现中西马等各个二级学科之间、一般理论研究与哲学史研究之间、基础理论研究与现实研究之间的相互理解与分工合作，如何处理好哲学的中国化与世界化之间的关系，共同为汉语哲学的繁荣发展作出各自的贡献，是当今中国哲学工作者所面临的一个最大课题。对于哲学这种人文基础学科，应适当转变项目支持的方式，加大对哲学的后期滚动资助项目、优秀成果文库项目、中华学术外译项目等新资助方式的投入，提高成果的精品率。 |

A statistical analysis of study situation of
philosophical national social science funding projects (1993～2009) |

| Abstract: The discovery researched on project-establishment of philosophy discipline in national social science fund projects between 1993 and 2009 indicates that philosophy is a strong traditional discipline in national social science fund and confined in famous school for its research effort and number of personnel are significantly more than those of other science; Though project-establishment number of national social science fund of philosophy shows a trend of substantial growth, the percentage it takes in the total number of national social science fund decreased; region of research project presents a tendency of scattering and centralization; colleges and universities are the main forces and play an unshakable role in philosophical research. How to realize the mutual understanding and “cooperation with division of labor” between Marxist Philosophy, Chinese Philosophy, Foreign Philosophy and other various second-grade disciplines, the general theoretical research and the philosophical history research, the basic theoretical research and the realistic research, and make respective contribution to the prosperity and development of the Chinese language philosophy, is an important topic facing all the Chinese philosophy workers. To increase rate of excellent works, our country should appropriately change the manner in project supporting, increase inverstment of new subvention way including post-funded projects, library of the outstanding achievements of the project, translation projects of Chinese academic and so on. |
