| Abstract: Based on the investigation and analysis of the concrete conditions of the central region, the paper points out that its development has to depend on the progress and innovations in science and technology.The authors have studied the great demand for science and technology, explored the basic and primary ideas to promote rapid development in this region through innovations and expounded fundamental tasks and practical measures to ensure the implementation of the strategy. |
