墨子的言语观 |

| 摘 要： 通过研究墨子对言语行为的看法，认为墨子的言语观有以下几点值得今人思考和借鉴：（1）行政管理依赖于有效的信息沟通，要使上级的行政指令顺利下达并得到圆满的执行，下级的情况能得到及时的上报，达到“尚同”的境界。（2） 对君主或上级的过失，臣下应当直言劝谏而不是阿谀奉承。（3）对人家说的话一定要加以明辨，不能因人废言，也不能因言废人。（4） 说话必须要有根据，符合“国家人民之利”。（5） 说话应“择要而从事”，做到有的放矢；说出的话应当切实可行而且“口言之，身必行之”，言行一致。 |

On the speech viewpoints of Mozi |

| Abstract: The author gives an outline of the speech viewpoints of Mozi. In his book, Mozi maintains that there must be ample and valid information exchange between the leader and the subordinates, and the leader should not believe the flatteries of sycophants but should heed the sincere advice with an open mind. Mozi advanced some requirements of speech, for example, “the speech should be given with good grounds and be of benefit to the country and the people”. |
