| 摘 要： 以美国商务部经济分析局发布的相关数据为基础，对美国在华直接投资现状、制约因素进行了分析。受我国居民消费水平偏低、企业生产技术落后、高素质人才缺乏、外商投资产业政策限制、企业并购困难、美国对华高技术出口限制等因素的制约，目前美国在华直接投资规模仍然较小，对我国经济发展、科技进步的促进作用还较小。 |

An analysis of present situation and restricting factors of US direct investment in China |

| Abstract: Mainly based on data from BEA of US Department of Commerce, the paper analyzes the present situation and restricting factors of US direct investment in China. Because of Chinese citizens’ low consumption level, lagging production technology, shortage of talented people of high quality, restriction of FDI policies, difficulty of M&A and US limitation on high technology export to China, US direct investment in China is still very small and hasn’t played a great role in China’s economy and technology progression.
