利益集团对公司治理结构变迁的影响 |

| 摘 要： 在政治域中，人们可以因某些机制的存在而克服集体行动的困境。对公司而言，可能会在政治域中影响其治理结构变迁的主要利益集团主要有政府部门与官僚集团、股东利益集团、经营者利益集团、普通职工利益集团、银行利益集团等。从静态角度看，公司治理结构变迁的方向由一个国家中强势利益集团决定；从动态角度看，公司治理结构的变迁乃是各主要利益集团博弈均衡的不断演化。因此，公司治理结构的变迁并不只是一种纯粹的经济演化，它还是一种政治博弈的过程与结果。 |

Influence of interest groups on change of structure corporate governance |

| Abstract: In political sphere, people can overcome the dilemma of collective action because of some special mechanisms. Main interest groups which affect the change of corporate governance in political sphere are as follows: governments and bureaucrats, shareholders, managers, workers, bankers, etc. From static point of view, the changing direction of corporate governance is decided by strong interest groups. From dynamic point of view, the change of corporate governance is an evolution of the game equilibrium among interest groups. So, the change of corporate governance is not only a process of simple economic evolution, but also a process and result of political games. |
