| 摘 要： 德性是个体在把握自我或处理人际利益关系过程中稳定体现出来的向善品性。作为人存在的必要精神形式,德性由多种积极的道德心理因素组成,以趋向善行为目的,是支撑个体的可贵精神力量。德性在社会生活领域具有驱动经济增长、保障政治生效、引导科技造福及促进闲暇有益等功能。在仿识典范中让个体自觉知善、通过净化环境激化人们自愿亲善、养成良好道德习惯以实现自然向善是培育德性的有效途径。 |

| Abstract: Virtue is a person s moral character toward goodness. As a spirital existence people need, virtue consists of some positive factors of moral psychology, aims to access to goodness and supports people to live well. Virtue has the function of impulsing the economic increasing, undertaking the political valitidy, guiding the science and technology to benefit mankind and making the leisure time belificial to people. The effective ways to foster people s virtue are recognizing goodness on its own by imitating the moral examples, stimulating people to receive goodness willingly by making the society righteous and tending to goodness naturally by cultivating people s moral habits. |
