| 摘 要： 始终代表中国最广大人民的根本利益,是“三个代表”的出发点和归宿。执政党的基本功能是利益表达、利益综合、政治录用和政治社会化。我党代表最广大人民的根本利益,必须通过利益表达、利益综合、政治录用和政治社会化等途径,使最广大人民的根本利益得到最大限度的制度体现和机制保障,从而使“三个代表”重要思想真正落到实处。 |
