| 摘 要： 思想政治教育方法体系的现代建构应当顺应社会发展的时代需求，全面反映我党意识形态工作与思想政治教育学科的新要求，通体贯穿“宏观驾驭、战略制导”的价值理念，优化思想政治教育方法体系的内容要素，重组思想政治教育方法体系的系统结构，建构一个全新的以思想政治教育学科理论为基础、以“战略制导”理念为主导、以信息方法为纽带、以决策方法和调控方法为支柱、集基本方法和特殊方法于一体的现代思想政治教育方法体系。 |

| Abstract: The modern construction in methodological system of Ideological and Political Education should meet the needs of the time in an everdeveloping society,as well as fully reflect the new requirements of the ideological work and the discipline of ideological and political education of the Party, and fully embody the values and ideals of “macroeconomic control, strategic guidance”. The elements are optimized and the systematic structure of methdological system of ideological and political education are restored to build a modern one, which is based on a new discipline theory of ideological and political education, attaching great importance to the conception of “strategic guidance”, by the modern means of information, taking the ideological and political education decision-making and system control method as the main pillar, and combining the basic and special educationing methods of ideological and political education.
