| 摘 要： 高校大型建设项目不同于企业的投资项目和政府其他的基础设施项目,应依据现代工程建设项目管理的特点和要求,结合自身特点来选择和建立项目管理模式。从目前已在使用的几种管理模式看,代建制模式应当是一种可优先选择的模式。 |

| Abstract: This paper introduces a few project management models which adopted by large AEC project primarily, then analyses their characteristics and the using scopes respectively. Finally, it analyses characteristics of the large AEC project in high schools, makes some specific suggestions on what kind of management model should be adopted in the large AEC project in high school development,and points out that the agent construction system is the top-priority management model. |
