| 摘 要： 弱势群体在资源的生产和分配中处于相对不利的地位,在政治、经济和文化生活中的影响力相对下降,成为整个社会需要同情和关爱的对象群体。在追求社会主义共同富裕的中国,他们的生活现状处于道德的尴尬状态。无视或漠视弱势群体的利益势必给社会的发展和进步带来道德的危害。必须贯彻以民为本、公正平等、人人共享社会发展成果的执政道德理念;选择和设计好扶助弱势群体的道德制度;营造一个扶助弱势群体的道德大环境;增强弱势群体主体的造血功能,增强适应竞争社会的能力。 |

The ethical exploration of groups of the weak |

| Abstract: Groups of the weak are in a relatively disadvantageous position in production and distribution of resources. Their effects on political, economical and cultural life have relatively declined. Consequently, they increasingly become groups needing sympathy and concern from the whole society. Currently, China is in the course of seeking socialist common prosperity. Their living conditions, however, take on a situation of embarrassment. If their interests of the groups of the weak is always ignored or even not considered, the social development and progress will be encountered with dangers of morality. So we should implement the moral ideology of the governance which persists in regarding the people as the foundation, in justice and equality, in sharing the achievements of the social development. We should correctly opt and design a moral system of helping the group of the weak; we should create a moral aura to help them; we should reinforce the functions of regeneration of them and strengthen their ability to adapt to social competition. |
