中国式管理:背景、内涵与展望

摘  要: 中国式管理是柔性化人性化的权变管理艺术。其兴起的现实背景是西方理性化科学化管理在复杂环境下面临诸多困境及中国文化背景下员工独特的思维方式。中国式管理具有组织目标个人化、组织边界模糊化、管理活动意境化、管理过程人情化、管理手段多样化、管理原则灵活化、管理跨度远期化、管理科学艺术化、管理效率人性化等本质特征。它解决了西方管理思想重科学轻艺术、重理性轻感性、重解构性轻综合性、重规范性轻开放性、重
法理性轻情感性、见物不见人、刚性有余而弹性不足等问题。企业必须深刻把握管理思想的发展趋势,充分将中国式管理与西方管理进行有机动态融合,根据不同的文化背景和市场环境实施人性化的权变管理。

Chinese management: Context, connotation and prospect

Abstract: Chinese management is a flexible humanistic contingent art. On reviewing the research history of Chinese management, this paper explores the context and characteristics of Chinese management and that Chinese management has the nature to integrate organization object into individuals, vaguelizes organization boundary, humanizes the efficiency and so on. Chinese management is the great contribution to management theory of the world since it has solved many problems of western management such as value too much more on science than art, on reasons than humanities, on regulations than openness, on law than humans on things than human feelings, on rigidity than elasticity. The authors then predict that the merge between western management thoughts and Chinese management is the inevitable trend. Enterprises should grasp this trend and integrate the two methods dynamically and implement humanistic contingent management accordingly.
