| 摘 要： 坚持韬光养晦,不当头、不称霸、少树敌,是邓小平在国际风云剧变、形势严峻的20世纪90年代前后提出的国际战略方针。它以争取和平的国际环境,集中精力发展和壮大我们自己为主旨,是原则坚定性与策略灵活性的高度统一。这一方针不仅指引我们在错综复杂并且面临强大压力的国际环境中,争取了更大的战略回旋余地和国际合作空间,创造了有利于我国改革开放和现代化建设的和平国际环境,实现了经济社会的快速发展,而且在社会主义中国和平崛起的进程中仍将具有极其重要的指导作用。 |

| Abstract: Maintaining hiding strength, pursueing neither hegeronism nor intertional leadership and avoiding making enemies is an international strategic policy put forward by Deng Xiao-ping around 1990s when faced with tense international situation. Its gist is to use the peaceful international surroundings to develop and strengthen ourselves. So it is the combination of firm principle and flexible tactics. The policy not only leads us to get more changeable and cooperative space in complex international surroundings, make use of the peaceful international situation which is good for our reform and opening up and modernization construction so as to achieve economic development quickly, but also has a great important guiding effect in the course of peaceful rise of socialist China. |
