| 摘 要： 经济法责任是经济法学界近年来提出的一个新概念，是对传统的法律责任分类理论的一种创新。经济法主体表现为国家宏观经济管理关系的参加者和微现经济活动的参与者，呈现出包括国家、经营者以及消费者等在内的多元化构造。但由于经济法主体资格与责任能力的相分离，经济法责任主体体现出政府和经营者典型的二元结构特征。 |

On subject's dual structure of liability of the economic law |

| Abstract: Liability of the economic law is a new concept which is a kind of innovation relative to traditional legal liability theory. Subject of the economic law includes those participants of the national macroscopic economy management relations and of the microscopic economic activities，which presents the multiplex structure including the country, the operators, the consumers and so on. Because of qualifications of subject of the economic law and ability of liability separate, however, subject of liability of the economic law shows dual structure characteristic posed by the government and the operators actually. |
