中国家庭结构变迁与家族企业的永续经营

摘  要: 家族企业是一种较为普遍的企业形式。近年来,随着社会的发展,与家族企业联系紧密的家庭结构及功能的变迁对家族企业的经营管理造成了正负两方面的影响。为实现家族企业永续经营,企业家应树立永续经营的理念、建立良性的用人机制、处理好代际传承、明晰内部产权、走专业化经营的道路等。同时政府也应提供相应的配套制度予以支持。

The relationship between domestic stucture and the permanent
managenment of family enterprises in China

Abstract: With the development of the society in recent years, the family structure and function of China have been changed a lot, which causes both positive and negative effects on the management of the family enterprises. In order to make the family enterprises sustain management come true, we put forward the following countermeasures and advice on the bases of analyzing the causes and trends of the variance. Entrepreneurs should build up the idea of sustain management, set up benign servant mechanism, deal well with the handing over of the enterprises between generations, ascertain the interior property right, and follow the specialization working mode and so on. The authors also suggest that the government should provide corresponding measures to support them.
