| Abstract: By the case of“Tragedy of Wang Binyu”, this article tries to reveal the real survival present situation of farmer-workers, a group living on the edge of cities. The author analyzes the edging characteristic of their rights in the social security and the deficiency of the system. And the author offers the theory proof and require on the rule of jurisprudence and the economic base or the requirements of political rights. |
