咸丰庚申之变曾国藩集团“拒不北援”说质疑 |

| 摘 要： 1860年曾国藩集团对待北援问题的态度，人们通常认为是“按兵请旨”，拒不北援。《北援集议》等相关资料研究发现：支持这一观点的证据不足； “请旨”既是曾国藩北上必须要走的程序，又是迫于当时形势的结果；在清廷撤消北援之前，湘军北援各项重要事项均已暗中安排妥当，由此可以证实曾国藩集团并未拖延敷衍，拒不北援。 |

The Query of Zeng Guofan Group “refusing to rescue emperor” in 1860 |

| Abstract: About his attitude of going to Beijing “rescuing emperor” in 1860, people usually think that Zeng Guofan was refusing to rescue. Based on “Bei Yuan Ji Yi” and other relevant information, the author found that it is not the truth. First of all, this view is supported by insufficient evidence. Secondly, the “Qingzhi” (asking for Emperor’s instruction) was a procedure before Zeng Guofan went northward, and was the outcome of the situation. Finally, before receiving the order of withdrawing rescue from the Qing government, the important things had been arrange properly. Our analysis shows that Zeng Guofan Group in dealing with the issue was quite positive. |
