| Abstract: The impact on China’s oil-refining industry caused by the present financial crisis is gradually increasing. The international circumstance for the development of oil-refining industry also presents some new changes. Researching and analyzing the international constraint elements of the development of domestic oil-refining industry under the financial crisis is of profound practical significance to evade the risk effectively, enhance the industrial competitive and find a way out. |
