论我国食品安全事故补偿基金制度的建构 |

| 摘 要： 近年来我国频频出现的重大食品安全事故造成了严重后果和恶劣影响，广大受害者受到严重侵害却得不到应有的赔偿和补偿，对社会稳定形成冲击。因此，必须建立一种具有高度补偿性和公益性的食品安全事故补偿基金制度。建立该制度首先必须考虑它是否能实现对受害人的及时救治和有效补偿，同时，必须切实做好基本模式选择、管理机构设置等项工作。 |

On the extablishment of compensation fund system
in China’s food safety incidents |

| Abstract: In recent years, China's food safety accidents resulted in serious consequences and adverse effects, which the majority of victims who suffered serious violations, didn’t get the proper compensation. It is of great necessity to establish a high efficiency compensation fund system in food safety incidents. First consideration should be given to the feasibility of effective compensation to be received by the victims in the incidents. Furthermore, such essential work as the selection of basic models and the establishment of management should be well done. |
