农民经济利益实现的途径探索 |

| 摘 要： 社会主义市场经济体制的建立，既是改革开放30年来取得的重要成就，也是广大农民实现其经济利益的前提。在社会主义市场经济体制的框架内，实现农民的经济利益的途径有：强化法律对农民土地产权的保护，增强农民在市场竞争中的话语权；完善国家对农业和农民的支持，增强国家对农民经济利益的保护力度；积极发展农民新型合作经济组织，提高农民进入市场的组织化程度；建立城乡统一的劳动力市场，逐步缩小城乡社会保障水平的差距。 |

Analyzing the ways to realize peasants’ economic benefit under
the socialist market-oriented economy |

| Abstract: The establishment of socialist market-oriented economy is an important achievement of the opening-up and reform policy in the past 30 years, as well as a major factor for peasants to realizing their economic benefit. There are several approaches to realizing their economic benefits, enhancing the protection of peasants’ dominium to enhance the right of peasants’ utterance; improving the national supporting system of agriculture and peasants to enhance the protection of their economic benefits; developing the newly cooperative organizations of economy for peasants to improve the degree of systematization for the entry of the market; establishing the unified urban and rural labor markets to narrow the gap of social security between the urban and rural areas. |
