空间赛维坦与空间赛托邦：ChatGPT时代的权力悖论 |

| 摘 要： 通过引入空间视角，探索以ChatGPT为代表的新一代人工智能对人类的权力格局所产生的悖谬式影响。一方面，ChatGPT等技术促进了资本的狂飙与空间剥夺，建构起国家意识形态下的空间霸权，催生速度化的空间帝国主义，最终形成极权式的“空间赛维坦”。另一方面，在各行为体的良性管控下，在国家层面，ChatGPT等技术能够促进空间的扁平化与协商化、科层制政府的韧性化与国家自主性的弥散；在全球层面，通过促进不同国际行为体之间的平等协商，ChatGPT有助于建构“全球空间在场”，最终形成协商化的“空间赛托邦”。权力自身具有中心化的倾向，人类需要发挥自身的能动性，变革“空间赛维坦”，驶向“空间赛托邦”，从而将“权力悖论”转变为“权力向善”。 |

Sciviathan of Space and Scitopia of Space: The power paradox in ChatGPT age |

| Abstract: By introducing the spatial perspective, the article explores the paradoxical impact of the new generation of AI (Artificial Intelligence) represented by ChatGPT on the patterns of human power. On the one hand, the development and application of ChatGPT promotes capital's soaring expansion and spatial deprivation, constructs spatial hegemony under national ideology, hastens the parturition of globalized spatial imperialism, and eventually creates an authoritarian "Sciviathan of Space." On the other hand, under the joint benign control of various actors or agents, ChatGPT can promote the flattening and negotiation of space at the national level, the resilience of the bureaucratic government, and the coordinated development of state-society relations. At the global level, by promoting equal negotiation among different international agents, ChatGPT helps construct "the presence of the whole global space", hence ultimately forming a negotiated "Scitopia of Space". Power itself has a tendency to be centralized, and human beings need to exert their own initiative to change the "Scitopia of Space" and sail to the "Sciviathan of Space", so as to transform the "power paradox" into the "power for good". |
