| 摘 要： 关于国际经济法的概念，学术界有广义、中义与狭义三种解读方法。这里系统梳理与论证了广义国际经济法存在的理论与现实基础，特别是通过明确其产生路径、学科性质与特点、调整对象的特殊性以及在法学体系中的地位，论证了该概念存在的合理性与科学性。 |

On academic and realistic basis of the broad international economic law |

| Abstract: There are three ways to understand the concept of the international economic law, namely, in narrow , medium and broad ways. Facing the questioning to the broad meaning of the international economic law, this thesis systematically combs and demonstrates the theoretic and realistic foundation. Especially through clearly defining the produced route , property of discipline and characteristic, the particularity of object and status in the law system of the broad international economic law, the authors explain the reasonability and scientificity of its existence . |
