论党建引领社区治理的文化使命 |

| 摘 要： 党建引领社区治理不仅需要着眼于组织和制度的现代化建设，更需要立足于基层党组织的文化育人使命，以文化人，促进人的现代化。党建引领社区治理的文化使命包含三重进路：从国家发展的层面来说，需要通过提升社区民众的意识形态认同和制度认同以增进国家认同；从社会发展层面来看，需要通过培育社区民众的公共精神和重塑其个体观念以增进社区的公共交往；基于个体发展的视角，需要通过睦邻文化的塑造和社区情感关系网络的构建以满足社区民众的精神文化需求。通过党建引领社区的文化建设，对于促进人的全面发展、推进中国式现代化具有重要现实意义。 |

On the cultural mission of Party-building leading community-governance |

| Abstract: The Party-building leading community-governance needs not only to focus on the modernization construction of the organization and system, but more to be based on the cultural mission of the grass-root Party organizations, to civilize people with culture and to promote the modernization of people. The cultural mission of Party-building leading community-governance involves three practical approaches. At the national level, it is imperative to strengthen national identity by upgrading ideological identity and institutional identity. At the social level, it is necessary to enhance the public interaction by cultivating public spirit of the community residents and by shaping individual concepts. At the individual level, it is necessary to meet individual spiritual needs by shaping a neighboring culture and by structuring a network of community emotional relationships. The implementation of the cultural mission of p Party-building leading community-governance is of important practical significance in promoting the all-round development of people and Chinese path to modernization. |
