补强的全球正义：疫苗全球公平分配的正当性基础 |

| 摘 要： 在重大公共危机背后，国际社会的结构性不公正问题突出，一种“重复”波动失序状况已经向国际社会敲响警钟。在此困境下，疫苗全球公平分配的正当性证成，可以通过对既有理论进行批判性分析，探寻疫苗全球共享与公平分配正当性的有效理念。现实中，世界主义理论、国家主义理论、矫正正义理论都难以支撑起当下疫苗全球公平分配所需的理论框架。相比之下，全球正义理论虽有瑕疵，但存在明显优势。经由对全球正义的再思考，补强的全球正义，这种问题导向的理念框架“破而后立”，在补充与修正中展现出对现有体系的超越。进而，补强的全球正义凭借合理的理念构造与疫苗再分配的制度设计在逻辑自洽与实践自洽的论证中阐明，可以为疫苗全球公平分配提供正当性基础。 |

Reinforced global justice: Justification basis for the global fair distribution of vaccines |

| Abstract: Behind major public crises, the structural injustice of the international community is obvious. And vaccine's global distribution of "repetitive" fluctuating disorder has been ringing an alarm to the international community. In this dilemma, to realize the legitimacy of the fair distribution of vaccines globally, we can explore the effective concept of global sharing and fair distribution of vaccines by critically analyzing existing theories. In reality, theories such as contemporary cosmopolitanism, nationalism, and corrective justice are all hard to sustain the current theoretical framework required for the fair distribution of vaccines globally. In contrast, the theory of global justice, despite its defects, has manifested its obvious advantages. Reinforced global justice, a question-oriented conceptual framework, via reconsidering the global justice, has demonstrated its transcendence over the existing system through modification and amendment. Furthermore, reinforced global justice, with its reasonable conceptual construction and system design of vaccine distribution, illustrates in testifying logical self-consistency and practical self-consistency that reinforced global justice can provide a legitimate basis for the fair distribution of vaccines globally. |
