2035年共同富裕之明显实质性进展的阶段、目标及其实现 |

| 摘 要： 党的二十大报告中明确指出，到2035年“全体人民共同富裕取得更为明显的实质性进展”。共同富裕的基本内涵，包括物质文明的更加丰富、精神文明的更加发展、政治文明的更加进步、社会文明的更加和谐、生态文明的更加提升以及人的发展更加全面六大方面。这六大方面的明显的实质性进展，具体表现在国内生产总值和人均国内生产总值均在现有基础上实现翻一番，基本公共服务实现均等化，城乡发展差距和居民生活水平差距拉大趋势得到扭转，生态环境根本好转，人类发展指数进入极高人类发展指数组等。以上实质性目标的实现，需要通过建设有效市场，进一步做大“蛋糕”；塑造有志精神，进一步做好“蛋糕”；构建有为政府，营造有爱社会，进一步分好“蛋糕”；完善有偿生态，激发创造活力，以促进人的全面发展。 |

Common prosperity towards 2035: Stages, goals and fulfillment of obvious and substantive progress |

| Abstract: It is clearly stated in the Report to the 20th National Congress of the Communist Party of China that by 2035, “the common prosperity for all the people will have made more obvious and substantial progress”. Basic connotations of common prosperity include more abundant material civilization, more developed spiritual civilization, more democratic political civilization, more harmonious social civilization, more lifted ecological civilization and all-round development of human beings. The obvious substantive progress in the above six aspects is specifically manifested in achieving both GDP and per capita GDP doubled on the current basis, realizing the equalization of basic public service, reversing the trend of the gap between urban and rural development and residents' living standard, turning the ecological environment fundamentally better, and making the human development index into the high human development group, etc. To achieve the above substantive goals, we need to build an efficient market and further enlarge the "cake"; shape the spirit of ambition, and further do a good "cake"; construct promising government, further divide the "cake"; create a loving society, and further contribute to the "cake"; perfect the paid ecology, further compensate the "cake" and promote the all-round development of people. |
