大我优先：中华民族共同体的道德律令与学理证成 |

| 摘 要： 中华民族共同体是中华民族理论体系的标识性概念。中华民族共同体的概念，潜藏着中华民族话语深刻的伦理诉求，即中华民族大我身份优先于多元民族的文化身份，中华民族大我利益优先于多元民族的群体利益，中华民族的政治忠诚优先于多元民族的民族认同。中华民族共同体虽然强调“大我优先”，强调权利不是先验的产物，是义务在先的效能回馈；但是也没有忽略“个体正当权利”和“少数群体权利”。个体唯有秉持义务本位，致力于中华民族至善生活的追求，才能真正实现自我的正当权利。各民族群体唯有共同团结奋斗，致力于中华民族伟大复兴，才能在共同富裕之中共享改革发展的成果。 |

Priority of the grand self: Moral foundation and academic proof formation of the community of Chinese nation |

| Abstract: The community of the Chinese nation is the symbolic concept of the theoretical system of the Chinese nation. In the concept of the community of the Chinese nation, there conceals the profound ethic appeal of Chinese nation discourse, which means that the grand-self identity is prior to the cultural identity of multi-ethnics, that the grand benefits of Chinese nation are prior to the collective benefits of multi-ethnics, and that the political loyalty of Chinese nation is prior to the national identification of multi-ethnics. Although the community of the Chinese nation emphasizes that the grand self enjoys priority, and that rights, rather than a priori product, are the rewards of obligations, it does not ignore individual just right and right of the minority. Only if the individual adheres to right orientation, devotes himself to pursuing the ultimate life goal of Chinese nation, can he truly achieve the just rights of the self. And only when all the ethnic groups strive jointly and remain devoted to the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation, can they share the fruits of reform and development in the common prosperity. |
