“五贤奏事”之于南宋言路转变意义的生成 |

| 摘 要： 南宋建立之初，重建了不同层级官员的言事渠道，但受动荡政局、恶劣政情、臣僚自身利益考量的影响，言路未能取得应有之功效。在绍兴末秦桧去世、金欲败盟的局势背景下，王十朋等“五贤”利用转对纵论和战、国政。由于奏事内容切直，助推了主和“国是”的改变、朝廷人事的调整，故而此事在当时颇受瞩目。不过，“五贤奏事”之于南宋言路转变意义的完全确立，也与士大夫舆论的集体塑造密不可分。事件作为庶官言事议政伦理的典型实践，一定程度上起到了振起言路颓风的作用，改善了言路的实然状况。同样重要的是，对于南宋士大夫而言，事件具备超越具体时空的德性价值，提升了他们对言路的应然期待。上述变化形塑了南宋的言路语境，其造就的奏事流行模式、理想标准，规范着此后臣僚的言事行为选择。 |

Generation of pivotal significance of Wu-Xian-Zou-Shi to Yan-Lu transformation in the Southern Song Dynasty |

| Abstract: At the beginning when the Southern Song Dynasty was founded, Yan-Lu which means the channel for proposing criticisms and suggestions, was reconstructed for various ranks of officials. But influenced by the turbulent political situation, harsh political reality, and consideration of the self-interest of ministers and officials, Yan-Lu failed to achieve its due effect. In the context that Qin Hui died and that Jin Dynasty wanted to lose the alliance, the five virtuous, including Wang Shipeng, took advantage of the situation to turn the tables on war and state affairs. As the contents they proposed were direct to the point, and fostered the change for the state affairs as well as the adjustment of the personnel arrangement of the court, the event aroused great attention at that time.
