叙事·制度·学术——中国国际话语权提升理路 |

| 摘 要： 国际话语权体现了一个国家在国际权力结构中的地位，是当今国际竞争的焦点。国际话语权可以细分为舆论性话语权、制度性话语权和学术性话语权。舆论性话语权是国际话语权的基础，制度性话语权是国际话语权的核心，学术性话语权是国际话语权的灵魂。在当今国际话语场中，作为后发展国家的中国，舆论性话语权备受掣肘，制度性话语权与综合国力不匹配，学术性话语权欠缺支撑力。着眼中华民族伟大复兴战略全局，我国亟需创新话语叙事方式、拓宽中国话语制度化路径、发展学术话语体系，以不断提升国际话语权，增强中国话语的国际引领力。 |

Narrative, institutional and academic discourses: How China arranges its international discourse power |

| Abstract: International discourse power reflects a country’s position in the international power structure and is the focus in international competition today. International discourse power can be subdivided into public discourse power, institutional discourse power and academic discourse power, with the first being the foundation of international discourse power, the second its core and the last its soul. In nowaday international discourse arena, China, as a late bloomer, has a limited voice in public opinion, a voice in institutions that does not match its overall national strength, and a passive voice in academia. Given the overarching strategic context of the Chinese nation’s great rejuvenation, China must innovate its discourse narrative style, broaden China discourse institutional path, and develop academic discourse system so as to constantly boost its international discourse power and enhance the leading power of China discourse. |
