| 摘 要： 搞好社会工作专业化建设，要坚持以科学发展观为统领，高度重视建构社会问题的专业解决机制；搞好环境研究及区情调查，在立足现实的基础上充分发挥区域优势；大力发展专业教育与培训，建构符合时代要求的社会工作人才队伍；合理设置专业机构及岗位，为专业服务的拓展提供有效的组织载体；建立职业资格的认证制度，保证社会工作专业化建设实现持续创新。 |

The Basic strategies for Realizing Social Work Specialization in China |

| Abstract: At present time, the author of this paper points out, the basic strategies for building social work specialization in China are as follows: (1) Stick to the guidance of scientific development concepts to build up professional mechanism for social problem-solving; (2) Do well of investigation work to take advantage of local predominance; (3) Develop professional education and training to construct talents system of social work; (4) Set up professional agency and quarters to supply organizational media for expanding social work services; (5) Establish authenticating institution of professional qualities to ensure realizing continuous innovation during the course of building social work specialization. |
