| 摘 要： 中国共产党在反腐倡廉的百年奋斗中，走出了一条具有鲜明中国特色的反腐倡廉道路，积累了宝贵的实践经验。这些经验主要有：坚持战略定力与政治定力的固本强基；坚持党的领导与群众路线的合趋并行；坚持讲政治与讲法治的有机统一；坚持治标与治本的同步推进；坚持思想引导与制度约束的同向发力；坚持狠抓重点与稳抓常态的两手并重；坚持铁腕反腐与教育挽救的宽严相济；坚持党委主体责任与纪委监督责任的贯通协同；坚持严管干部与厚爱干部的紧密结合；坚持党性作风与廉政文化的一体建设。认真总结这些经验，不但有助于深入推进党风廉政建设和反腐败斗争，不断开创党风廉政建设和反腐败斗争新局面，而且能给世界各国的反腐败斗争提供有益的借鉴，从而推动世界政治和人类文明的不断发展。 |

The practical experience of combating corruption and promoting integrity of the Communist Party of China in the past 100 years |

| Abstract: In the past 100 years of combating corruption and promoting integrity, the Communist Party of China has established a model of combating corruption and promoting integrity with distinctive Chinese characteristics, and accumulated valuable practical experiences. These experiences include adhering to the solid foundation of strategic and political determination, to the convergence and parallelism of the party's leadership and the mass line, to the organic unity of emphasizing both politics and the rule of law, to the simultaneous promotion of treating symptoms and root causes, to the same direction of ideological guidance and institutional constraints, to the policy of laying equal stress on critical issues and the normal situation, to the combination of leniency and strictness in fighting against corruption with an iron fist and saving officials by educating them, to the connection and coordination between the main responsibility of the party committee and the supervision responsibility of the commission for discipline inspection, to the close combination of managing strictly and loving officials, and to the integrated construction of party style and clean government culture. Conscientiously summing up these experiences will not only help to further promote the construction of the Party's work style and a clean government as well as combating corruption, but also constantly create a new situation in constructing the Party's work style and a clean government as well as combating corruption. It also provides useful reference for the fight against corruption in all countries in the world, so as to push the continuous development of world politics and human civilization. |
