成渝地区双城经济圈产业关联演化格局分析 |

| 摘 要： 基于川渝两地2002、2007、2012和2017年4年42部门的投入产出表，编制成渝地区双城经济圈区域间投入产出表，采用投入产出模型和复杂网络模型，分析成渝地区双城经济圈的产业关联演化特征。研究发现：2002—2017年，四川主导产业数量稳步增加，重庆主导产业数量先增加后减少，川渝间核心关联产业数量有所波动，但总体呈上升趋势；四川较重庆产业集聚程度和产业关联紧密程度都相对更高，但产业链深度依然较低；经济圈整体产业集聚程度呈上升趋势，但产业关联作用不稳定。川渝两地产业网络同构性明显，且产业结构趋同对重庆产生的影响更大；双城经济圈产业网络核心部门集中于服务业和制造业，近年来服务业重要性逐渐凸显；四川和重庆同一产业部门联系紧密，但双城经济圈整体子群内部和子群之间的联系不稳定。政策建议：双城经济圈产业结构的调整应合理布局核心关联产业，促进产业融合集聚发展，力求错位发展以完善产业链。 |

Analysis of the evolutionary pattern of industrial linkage in the Chengdu-Chongqing Economic Circle |

| Abstract: This study, based on the 42-sectoral input-output tables of Sichuan and Chongqing in 2002, 2007, 2012 and 2017, compiles the inter-regional input-output table of the Chengdu-Chongqing Economic Circle, and, by adopting the input-output model and complex network model, analyzes the evolution characteristics of industrial linkage in the Chengdu-Chongqing Economic Circle. Research findings are as follows. Firstly, from 2002 to 2017, the number of leading industries in Sichuan increased steadily, but in Chongqing increased first and then decreased. The number of core related industries between Sichuan and Chongqing fluctuated, but the overall trend was on the rise. Secondly, compared with Chongqing, Sichuan had a relatively higher degree of industrial agglomeration and closeness of industrial linkages, but the depth of the industrial chain was relatively low. The degree of industrial agglomeration as a whole in the Economic Circle was on the rise, but the interrelationship among industries was unstable. The industrial networks in Sichuan and Chongqing had obvious homogeneity, but with a greater impact on Chongqing. Thirdly, the core sectors of the industrial network of the Economic Circle were concentrated on the service industry and manufacturing industry, with the importance of the service industry having gradually become prominent in the recent years. Lastly, Sichuan and Chongqing were closely linked in the same industrial sector, but the linkages within and between the overall industrial subgroups of the Economic Circle were unstable. Policy implications are that the adjustment of the industrial structure of the Chengdu-Chongqing Economic Circle should focus on laying out core related industries reasonably, strengthening industrial integration and agglomeration development, and striving for misaligned development to improve the industrial chain. |
