福柯对西方权力“戏剧”之维的批判及其理法路径 |

| 摘 要： 西方关于权力的“戏剧”之维构建有着长久的历史。福柯通过描述西方精神病院近代以来的相关情形，揭示和批判了医院对精神病人的“戏剧化治疗”，包括其内部随意“设置角色和剧本”的危害，从而开辟了理解现代西方统治术形式的新途径。福柯的批判，其话语分析蕴含着结构主义方法论要素，其历史分析则隐含着其与马克思权力论的传承关系。解读福柯对权力戏剧之维的批判，不仅有助于理解西方许多现代性问题的重要理论环节，对包括我国在内的发展中国家人民应对当代的“霸权剧本”也具有重要的现实启发意义，如如何在跨文化交流的过程中书写“美美与共”的崇高性叙事，如何从命运共同体的维度去书写国际交往的政治美学，等等。 |

Foucault's criticism at the dimension of "drama" of western power and its theoretical tradition |

| Abstract: In the west, the construction of the "dramatic" dimension of power has a long history. By describing the relevant situation of western psychiatric hospitals since modern times, Foucault reveals and criticizes the "dramatic treatment" of mental patients in hospitals, including the harm of "setting roles and scripts" at will, thus opening up a new way to understanding the form of modern western domination. The discourse analysis of Foucault's criticism contains the methodological elements of Structuralism, and its historical analysis implies its inheritance relationship with Marx's power theory. Interpreting Foucault's criticism at the dimension of power drama not only helps to understand the important theoretical links of many western modernity problems, but also has important practical enlightening significance for the people of developing countries, including China, to deal with the contemporary "hegemonic script", such as how to write the sublime narrative that "goals of the self and of others can be unified" in the process of cross-cultural communication, and how to write the political aesthetics of international communication from the perspective of the community of a shared future, and the like. |
