共享发展作为新时代重大方略：意义与践行 |

| 摘 要： 从新时代的发展方位和主要特征看，共享发展已成为重要的发展理念和重大的放略。共享发展能有效地回应“坚持以人民为中心”“实现共同富裕”“适应社会主要矛盾变化”“决胜全面建成小康社会”等“发展起来以后”的重大发展命题，能集中地体现新时代的发展阶段、发展方位和基本特征。新时代实践共享发展，必须以不断满足人民美好生活需要为根本追求，以解决不平衡不充分发展问题为根本途径，围绕决胜全面建成小康社会和实现现代化强国的战略目标，把重点放在消除贫困和实现共同富裕上，着力打赢脱贫攻坚战，实施乡村振兴战略，推动实现基本公共服务均等化。 |

Shared development as a Major Strategy for the New Era: Significance and Practice |

| Abstract: From the perspective of the development orientation and main characteristics of the new era, shared development has become an important development concept and a major strategy. Shared development can effectively answered a series of major issues in the “new development” stage, including “staying committed to people-centered approach”, “achieving common prosperity”, “adapting to changes of major social contradictions”, and “securing a decisive victory in building a moderately prosperous society in all respects”. This concept has reflected the current development stage, development orientation, and basic characteristics of the new era. While pursuing shared development in the new era, we must remain committed to the ultimate goal of meeting people’s ever-growing needs for a better life and the fundamental approach to solve the problem of uneven and inadequate development. We should focus on the strategic goal of ensuring a decisive victory in building a moderately prosperous society in all respects and building a modern and strong socialist country. We should give priority to eliminating poverty and achieving common prosperity, strive to win major battles against poverty, implement a rural revitalization strategy, and promote equal access to basic public services. |
