马克思主义国家学说在中央苏区时期的实践与发展——新中国建设与改革的经验准备 |

| 摘 要： 马克思主义国家学说以实现人的自由全面发展为根本价值追求，蕴含着推动实现人的政治解放、经济解放、社会解放的内在逻辑。中华苏维埃共和国作为中华人民共和国的雏形，不是巴黎公社和苏俄政权的“翻版”，而是中国共产党人践行和发展马克思主义国家学说的产物，中华苏维埃共和国的政权构建、经济建设、保障和改善民生等实践探索又推进了马克思主义国家学说的中国化，为新中国的诞生、建设和改革做了经验准备。在理论和实践结合中剖析中国共产党在中央苏区时期“局部地区执政”的实践探索与正反经验，有助于深化对新中国建立、建设和改革的认识，对于新时代坚持和完善中国特色社会主义制度、推进国家治理体系和治理能力现代化有着重要启示意义。 |

The practice and development of Marxist State Theory in the Central Soviet Area: Experience preparation for the construction and reform of New China |

| Abstract: Marxist state theory takes realizing one's free and all-round development as the basic value pursuit, which contains the internal logic of promoting the realization of human political liberation, economic liberation and social liberation. As the embryonic form of the People's Republic of China, the Soviet Republic of China is not a "copy" of the Paris Commune or the Soviet regime, but a product of the practice and development of Marxist state theory by the Communists of China. The practice and exploration of the construction of regime, economic construction, safeguard and improvement of people's livelihood in the Chinese Soviet Republic further promoted the Sinicization of Marxist state theory, and made experience preparation for the birth and construction of the New China. It is helpful to deepen the understanding of the establishment, construction and reform of New China by analyzing the practical exploration and positive and negative experiences of the Communist Party of China in the period of "local governance" in the Central Soviet Area in the combination of theory and practice, and it has important enlightening significance for perfecting and developing the socialist system with Chinese characteristics in the new era, and promoting the modernization of the national governance system and governance capacity. |
