外部企业社会责任对员工创新行为的影响机制研究

摘  要: 结合社会认同理论与信号理论,从工作使命感的视角探讨外部企业社会责任对员工创新行为的潜在影响与作用机制。通过对413名员工进行调查后发现:外部企业社会责任能激发员工创新行为;工作使命感是外部企业社会责任影响员工创新行为的重要中介机制;道德认同不仅可以增强外部企业社会责任和工作使命感之间的正向关系,而且还可以加强工作使命感在外部企业社会责任与员工创新行为间的中介作用。研究结果可以为企业通过创新行为实现创新发展提供有价值的管理启示。

The influence mechanism of external corporate social responsibility on employee innovative behavior

Abstract: Based on social identity theory and signal theory, this paper discusses the potential influence and mechanism of external corporate social responsibility on employees' innovation behavior from the perspective of job calling. Through the survey of 413 employees, it is found that external corporate social responsibility can stimulate employees' innovative behaviors and that job calling is an important intermediary mechanism for external corporate social responsibility to influence employees' innovative behaviors. Moral identity can not only enhance the positive relationship between external corporate social responsibility and job calling, but also strengthen the intermediary role of job calling between external corporate social responsibility and employee innovation behavior. The results can provide valuable management enlightenment for enterprises to realize innovative development through innovative behaviors.
