公共领域视域下网络舆论议题的层级效度分析 |

| 摘 要： 传统媒体时代业已式微的公共领域在网络空间中将面临何种境遇，成为重大的学术前沿问题。而对于网络舆论议题的同质化处理和对于政府之于网络舆论反应的整体化解读，造成了这一问题答案迥异的既有研究格局。为明晰该问题并加深网络空间公共领域命运的认识，将网络舆论分为事实性议题和价值性议题，将政府的反应或网络舆论作用于政府的层次分为中央和地方两个层级进行研究。研究发现，网民在事实性议题中表现出的良好交往风貌与在价值性议题中所表现出的群体极化呈鲜明对比；通过建立异质网络舆论议题与不同层级政府反应之间的二维坐标系也发现，行动逻辑差异下的中央政府和地方政府对于不同性质及不同范围的网络舆论表现出差异性反应。 |

Analysis of the level validity of network public opinion in the perspective of the public sphere |

| Abstract: In the traditional media age, the public sphere faded and the fate of it in the cyberspace becomes a major issue in academic frontier. The issue of network public opinion tends to be handled homogeneously and the government tends to interpret and respond to it uniformly, which results in the existing research pattern of the issue which otherwise should have been addressed to differently. In order to clarify the problem and to deepen our recognition of issues in the public sphere of the cyberspace, we can divide network public opinion into factual issues and value issues, and divide the government's responses or network opinions which influence the government into two levels of the central and the local. Findings show that netizens' good exchanges and performances in factual issues contrast sharply with their group polarization in value issues. And by establishing the two-dimensional coordinate systems between homogeneous net opinion issues and the government's responses of different levels, it is also found that the different action logics of the central government and local government show different responses to different network public opinions of different nature and scope. |
