| 摘 要： 气候变化是当前国际问题研究的热点，对全球气候政治进行理论解读，有助于全面认知该进程中存在的困难，并为寻求化解之道提供现实启迪。详细梳理并分析全球气候政治的参与主体之后，认为全球气候政治经由主权民族国家和非国家行为体的广泛参与，逐步演化为群体化态势。在带有系统效应乱象的全球气候政治群体化进程中，新兴大国群体有必要深化协调、协作与合作，共同推进全球气候政治发展和全球气候治理善治的实现。 |

Grouping in global climate politics: A research agenda |

| Abstract: Climate change is a hot issue in international studies, and it is helpful to undertake theoretical interpretation in order to fully recognize the puzzles and difficulty in the process itself, and to provide practical inspirations in seeking ways out. The present essay offers a detailed analysis of the participants of global climate politics, believing that the global climate politics evolves gradually into grouping scenarios via widespread participations of sovereign nation-states and non-state agents. In the grouping process of world climate politics which carries with it systematic and chaotic effect, it is imperative for newly-emerging grouping powers to deepen coordination, collaboration and cooperation so as to promote together the development and good governance of global climate politics. |
