《循环日报》及王韬报刊思想评析 |

| 摘 要： 王韬是我国维新运动兴起前最重要的新闻思想家，他集办报实践家与学者于一身，站在中西汇通的角度上，全面阐述了对新闻事业的认识，对中国新闻思想的奠基与发展起到了重要作用，直接影响了维新思想家们的办报理念及办报实践。文章拟以《循环日报》为例，对王韬的报刊思想作简要的评析：一是“四方通达”的新闻功能观；二是“立言求变”的新闻政论观；三是“通才”的新闻人才观；四是“华人资本、华人操权”的新闻舆论主权观等。 |

| Abstract: As one of the most important ideologists in the field of journalism in the history before Restoration Movement in 1898, Wang Tao put all his ideas into the practice of developing newspaper. He was also a scholar. From the east and the west points of view, he once introduced his understanding of journalism comprehensively, which played an essential role for the foundation and development of journalistic idea in later times and directly influenced the whole process. |
