清儒以史法、史例治《尚书》析论

摘  要: 清代部分学者认为,《尚书》篇章出自史官之笔,有严格、高妙的法则与定例,即史法、史例。他们或以此来考辨晚出古文与《书序》之真伪,或以此来辨析经文疑义,皆可自成一说。这种观点与做法应该是承袭宋元儒者而来。对于这一现象,赞成者有之,批评的声音也同样存在。今天来看,这些所谓的史法、史例大多流于附会,但作为清代《尚书》学的组成部分,作为沟通经史的一种独特视角,实不应该被忽视。

On the phenomenon of studying Shang Shu with Shifa (史法) and Shili (史例)in Qing Dynasty

Abstract: Some scholars believed that Shang Shu was written by an official historian in Qing Dynasty. They also believed there were strict and lofty rules in Shang Shu named as Shifa and Shili, by which they discriminated false books or different meanings. Actually, they were following the scholars in Song and Yuan dynasties. There were two attitudes towards this phenomenon which are opposite to each other. We can find that they mostly had the problem of eisegesis in the explanation. But as the important part of Shang Shu study and the special perspective of relationship between classics and history, this phenomenon should be emphasized and recognized.
