秦汉户籍等级划分考略——从“爵位等级”到“财产等级”的转变 |

| 摘 要： 户籍等级划分在专制社会之政治、经济制度的构建中有着十分重要的地位，是户籍制度在专制时代发展的必然产物。秦至汉初，户籍等级的划分与“名田制”相结合，显现出鲜明的“爵位等级”特点。西汉武帝之后，随着土地私有化的发展，“名田制”遭到破坏，社会的贫富分化使得赋役征派、等级划分只能通过“平訾”的过程有差异的对待，户籍等级划分进入“财产等级”阶段。 |

Classification of household registration system in Qin & Han dynasties: Transformation from the title of nobility to the owning of property |

| Abstract: The classification of household registration plays an important role in the establishment of political and economic system of authoritarian society, and is the inevitable product of household system development in authoritarian times. From Qin to early Han dynasties, the classification is related with “名田制”, which shows distinctive characteristics based on the title hierarchy. Since Wu empire, with the development of land privatization, “名田制” has been destroyed. Meanwhile, the differentiation between the rich and the poor makes the levy of taxes and corvee labors and the classification of household reached through “平訾”. Therefore, the classification system of household records is transformed to that based on owning of property. |
